For the marinade, chop the onion very finely or grate it, then mix it with the oil, barbecue sauce, lemon juice, paprika, mustard, masala chat and pepper salt.
Chat masala is a mix of the following spices: hot peppers, salt, cumin, mango powder, black pepper, stews, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves, ginger, asafoetida. In the absence, chilli works.
Wash the meat, wipe with a kitchen towel, then cut into slices about 2 cm thick.
Put the pieces in the bowl with the marinade, mix a little and put them in the fridge for half an hour.
The pieces of chicken breast are taken out of the marinade and put on the hot grill, I used a grill pan, and let it brown. From time to time sprinkle with a teaspoon of marinade.
I served the chicken with a portion of french fries and salad.
