Muffins with dried fruit

I beat the egg whites, then added the sugar, stirring constantly, until the sugar melts.

I added the turnips, oil, vanilla sugar and milk, stirring constantly.

I stopped 3 tablespoons of milk in which I extinguished the baking powder.

To the composition I added the extinguished baking powder, then the flour in the rain, mixing until we incorporate all the ingredients.

I hydrated the fruits in warm water with rum essence, then I took them out and let them drain.

In the end I added these to the composition.

I greased the forms with a little oil and poured the composition into them, then I put them in the oven for 20 minutes or until they are ready.


Ingredients for the recipe of fluffy muffins with fruit: raspberries, peaches, apricots

Quantities for 24 medium muffins

  • -6 eggs
  • 180 g sugar
  • -180 g flour
  • -100 g butter or oil
  • -300 g of fruit of any kind
  • -1 salt powder
  • -vanilla
